1. People who suffer from allergies.

Solanine is abundant in eggplant, which belongs to the Solanaceae family. This is why individuals who already have allergies are often advised to avoid garden eggs.
2. Pregnant Women.
Eggplant is a good source of a variety of vitamins, minerals, fibers, and other compounds that are good for our health. However, eggplant is not good for pregnant women because it contains compounds that stimulate menstruation.

It's also a good idea to visit a doctor or consume veggies slowly if you have liver or gall bladder problems. It's important to remember that even if you're healthy by medical standards, you should visit your doctor after taking this product or completely stop eating eggplants.
5. People with Diabetes.
Patients with diabetes should be aware that eggplant is a low-carbohydrate, low-calorie food, and that an eggplant diet can cause hypoglycemia.
6. People Taking Antidepressant Medication.
Tyramine, which is found in minute amounts in eggplant, constricts blood vessels and elevates blood pressure. It is best to avoid eggplant if you are on an antidepressant or antihypertensive medication. When eggplant is consumed alongside antidepressant medications, this detoxification mechanism may be hampered.
