According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the district and city administrations of Skadovsk have had their operations suspended.

The occupiers were seen on Saturday night loading documentation, office equipment, and state property into vehicles before leaving the city with their families on Sunday morning.

Ukrainian military officials suspect that the Russians plan to transport the stolen property and documents further into Russian-held territory via sea since Skadovsk is situated on the Black Sea.

Additionally, similar activity was observed in the neighboring villages of Krasne, Shevchenko, Shyroke, Ulianivka, and Petrivka, as well as in Mykhailivka, which is approximately 28 kilometers away.

This recent development in Skadovsk suggests that the Russian-installed administration may be losing their grip on the city.

However, the situation remains uncertain as it is unknown whether the administration is permanently leaving or just temporarily relocating.

Furthermore, the departure of the occupiers could potentially signal a shift in Russia's military tactics towards Ukraine, and it will be interesting to see how Ukraine responds to this development.

The fact that similar activity is being observed in nearby villages indicates that there may be a broader strategic move being made by the Russians in the region.

Overall, this development in Skadovsk is worth monitoring as it could have significant implications for the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
