3 Times Tactical Command Nabbed Infamous Bandits Leaders

As the Nigerian government intensifies efforts to curb violent agitations and crimes across the six geo-political zones, a special tactical command was formulated to stop these crimes. The tactical command comprises officers from various security agencies. During their operations against bandits in the northwestern region of the country, significant successes were recorded against the bandits and many notorious leaders were apprehended. Logistics suppliers and tactical hideouts were uncovered and burnt by the security forces. Some of the three infamous bandits leaders that were captured at various military operations include the following:

1. Capture Of Turji Kachalla

During the recent military offensive in Zamfara state, the security forces were able to destroy camps and operational hideouts used by the infamous Turji Kachalla. Scores of bandits were neutralised according to a statement made available on the Facebook page of the Nigerian Army. His pictures in captivity were made public which confirms that his terror empire is over.

The capture of this notorious bandit signifies success for the Nigerian troops. The bandit and members of his criminal gang were responsible for the mass abduction of students and passengers in the state.

2. Capture Of Yellow

Yellow is a nickname used by a notorious bandit leader who specialises in the mass abduction of motorists on the Abuja - Kaduna federal highway. He is currently detained and facing serious investigation. The federal highway used to be blocked by Yellow led a group of bandits until his gang was destroyed and many members of the group were apprehended by the security forces.

3. The Destruction Of Auwalun Daudawa Criminal Empire

Auwalun Daudawa used to be a simple farmer and a herder until he ventured into kidnappings. He facilitated several mass surrenders of innocent people and carried out attacks on remote villages. The Zamfara state government decided to negotiate with him but unfortunately, he returned to crimes where he met his waterloo. This prompted the state government to cancel further negotiations or dialogue with bandits.
