 Iran has denied the allegations, in fact, Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh told reporters that the Israeli government had created insecurity, terrorism and violence. .


 He says Israel must stop this baseless accusation, warning that any bird that pulls water must be tolerant of all water, and anyone who bites a buffalo will lose their hair.


 The dispute comes as efforts are under way to revive the 2015 International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, under which sanctions will be lifted on Iran's bipartisan agreement to abandon or reduce its nuclear program.


 The West accuses Iran of trying to assemble nuclear weapons, a charge Iran has repeatedly denied as part of its research and energy program.
