A delegate handing out 20,000 Naira to one of the soldiers.

He sent a delegation numbering three, who he entrusted to share the amount of 20,000 Naira each to every Soldier of Borno extraction.

The Soldier who passed out some Weeks ago still await official deployment by the authorities.

According to military tradition, it is believed that a handful of soldiers would be sent directly to troubled zones, where at least they can rapidly gain adequate experience of combat situations.

The Three delegates take a group photograph with the soldiers.

The Governor in question must have taken the right steps in the right direction, sensing that an increase in the number of demoralized soldiers could cause a spike in defective soldiers.

The names of the delegates includes; Hon. Shettima Lawal Maina, Hon. Ali Abbani and Huarun Sobosco.
