Bad Day For The Nigerian Military As 30 Soldiers Were Killed After Boko Haram Invaded A Military Base

It's no longer news that the fight between the Nigerian military and various terrorist groups in Nigeria is becoming tough. Also, It's important to know that a lot of Soldiers have been killed by these terrorist groups and also, the Nigerian soldiers have destroy some insurgents in the northern part of Nigeria.

Recently, insurgents from the Islamic State-backed faction of Boko Haram (ISWAP) invaded a Nigerian Army location at "156 Battalion" in Mainok area (Borno State). It was reported that about 30 soldiers were Killed, military sources told SaharaReporters.

It's important to know that Mainok is the headquarters of Kaga Local Government Area of Borno state.

The insurgents came into the military base with about 15 gun trucks and eventually burnt down some parts of the military base. However, a source stated that the number of insurgents that came into the military Camp could not be counted.

The source also disclosed that over 30 soldiers were Killed during the attack while others ran away.
