Opinion: Without the help of the US, Nigerian Army can win the fight against Boko Haram & here's why

The Nigerian military has made outstanding efforts in the fight against terrorist organizations like Boko Haram and the Islamic State in West African Province (ISWAP), within a very short period.

This progress made by the Nigerians is without the manual help and contribution of any external body proving that the Nigerian military can end insurgency without the direct help of any country and below are good reasons –

Have it in mind that all the Nigerian military has achieved from external bodies are sophisticated weapons and technical knowledge which it can apply in the battlefield only know to it.

Even with the help and contribution of external bodies like the United States of America, they will endeavor to study and acclimatize with the Nigerian geography and climatic conditions hence adjusting to the new conditions which might take a while.

Nigeria can win the fight against insurgency with the help of other developed countries because the Nigerian military has studied and adapted to the combat style exhibited by Boko Haram and the Islamic State in West African Province (ISWAP), which has resulted in the outstanding progress recorded in the past few days.

Having technologies and weapons with the knowledge and experience of the combat styles of Boko Haram and ISWAP in the Northeast of Nigeria is synonymous with having nothing tangible.

You can agree with me that technology is good, but experience is the best teacher in every aspect of life.
