Kaduna killings: ‘Strange things are happening’ – SOKAPU makes disturbing revelations

Comrade Jonathan Asake, the president of the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union, SOKAPU, has given an eyewitness analysis of the activities of gunmen and abductors in Kaduna State in 2021.

The Comrade while speaking at the 2021 human rights conference planned by the Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, HURIWA, captioned “Nigerian School Children; Insecurity and Human Rights” in Abuja, described the insurgency in the State as strange and the alleged insensitivity of leaders to the plight of most communities.

Asake noted that children in some villages have not attended school for the past five years due to the atrocious activities of bandits and kidnappers, while some villages have been chased out of their communities by terrorists.

He noted that, "From 30th January to 5th July, there have been three(3) major kidnapping incidents of students in the school. Firstly, they kidnapped students from Good Shepherd Seminary school and one out of them was killed. Secondly, they kidnapped students from Greenfield University were kidnapped. Lastly, 126 students from 126 Bethel Baptist school."

“News men that have tried to report the atrocities that have been happening have been apprehended and detained. That’s the reason i said this is just a tip of the iceberg.” He added.

What do you think of this truth revealed?
