True Power of Nuclear Bombs and why detonation must be avoided at all cost

Nuclear warheads are classified as Super weapons. A super weapon is a weapon whose capabilities greatly supercede normal conventional weapons. Amid tensions between US- China, China-India it's worthwhile to note that those three countries has nuclear capabilities, although detonation of these weapons during this conflicts is high unlikely we take a look at types of nuclear weapons and their yield.

For starters here are list of countries with nuclear Capabilities

1. United States

2. Russia

3. China

4. United kingdom

5. France

6. India

7. Pakistan

8. North Korea

The thoeries behind the nuclear weapons technology is not far from the famous Einstein Equation E=mc². The two main types of nuclear weapons we have today is

1. Atomic bomb

2. Hydrogen bomb

1. The Atomic bomb : The atomic bomb is also known as the fission bomb,by the name fission bomb we mean splitting of the nucleus an atom. When an high speed electron is introduced into a suitable atom eg the Uranium 235 isotope, there is splitting of the heavy elements into smaller nuclei with a large emission of energy and more neutrons, those smaller nuclei and then bombarded with more electrons leading to a chain reaction. The kind of bomb detonated in Hiroshima and Nagasaki(Fat man- yield of 12-23 kilo ton TNT) in World War is an atomic bomb it leveled the 2 cities and killed over 200,000 people forcing Japan to surrender

2. The Hydrogen bomb: The Hydrogen bomb is a beast and can have a yield of 1000 times more than an atomic bomb, about 100000 kilo tons and can even level some countries. it is also known as fusion bombs because it's combines two or more atoms together. Fusion is what powers stars like our sun to make them so hot and bright. To fuse 2 atoms a very large amount of energy is required which is why a fission bomb is detonated first then the energy is used to fuse together the Hydrogen atoms releasing a tremendous amount of energy. To make matter worse the Hydrogen bomb is lighter than the atomic bomb and can be conveniently placed on ICBMs(Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles) with range of 15000 miles and more, so with the press of a button those nuclear beast can be launched to very far distances wreaking havoc on people and buildings unlucky to be in its destination

Summary : In a fool scale nuclear battle,no one will win

Einstein : I don't know what WW3 will be fought with but WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones
