Outstanding progress was made in the fight against insurgency in the Northeast of Nigeria as the operatives of the Joint Task Force (JTF) and the Operation Hadin Kai troops repelled an infiltration by the Islamic State in West African Province (ISWAP) fighters.
Several weapons were recovered from the Islamic State in West African Province (ISWAP) by the team of the Joint Task Force (JTF) and Operation Hadin Kai Troops in Babangida Town, Yobe State.
Aside from inflicting casualties on the insurgents in Babangida town in Yobe State, troops also captured one ISWAP Heckler and Koch 21 Guns, Three (3) AK 47 rifle magazines, 213 links of 7.62mm (NATO), and (2) two grenades.
These weapons mentioned above are extremely dangerous and can cause huge damage on the battlefield.
It is still a mystery how this insurgent group gets its hands on the sophisticated weapons listed above which have great damage potential.
What can you say concerning this outstanding development?
