Video: Intense shootout as Nigerian Army troops fire 120mm mortar rounds on ISWAP fighters positions

In the past week, the Nigerian military have taken proactive measures against Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) fighters who have killed innocent civilians and rendered many homeless.

The fate of this deadly terrorist organization known as Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) is unknown as the Nigerian Army fires artillery shells and mortar rounds at them.

The video showed 120mm mortar rounds being fired out of a light weight mortar by a team of Nigerian soldiers who were in a fortified trench in the Northeast.

Sporadic gunshots can be heard in the video as the Nigerian troops fire at the terrorists with 81mm mortar rounds and bullets in a bid to eliminate the ISWAP fighters in the area.

The jihad fighters of the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) are currently being degraded and captured as the Nigerian Armed Forces carry out an intense bombardment of the terrorist positions in the Northeast.

The Nigerian Army might be close to winning the war against insurgency and terrorism with the use of artillery weapons and modern equipment.
