Many Nigerians have been reacting on every social media platform after reports alleged that Nigeria's Minister Of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Ali Pantami had ties with Boko Haram and has been placed on the US terror watch list.
Well, the reactions of Nigerians is understandable because the country has been battling with the Boko Haram terrorist group for more than 10 years. During this period, thousands of people have been killed, thousands have also been displaced.
However, the reports linking Isa Pantami to Boko Haram is indeed a strong allegation but then I must advise that the report should be taken seriously. It is a fact that many Nigerians are already calling for his resignation online but when you look at the report, you would realize that there's no verified link to the story.
I researched Verified links to this story but none was found.

I want to advise that Nigerians should wait until there's an official statement from the Us Government or perhaps wait until credible and notable news outlets report this news.
As it stands, there have been no backing to the claims from a US media outlet and no US intelligence agency have confirmed this report.
In conclusion, I must say that even though every Concerned Nigerian wants to see the end of Boko Haram, we should always be careful how we react to sensitive information such as this.
