Shehu Sani, a former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central senatorial district, has taken to his verified Twitter account to suggest what should be done to terrorists who repent or surrender to the federal government of Nigeria.

Recall that days ago, photos of top Boko Haram commanders who had surrendered to the Nigerian Army had gone viral. According to reports from confirmed sources, the terrorists had surrendered to the Nigerian troops during the Operation Hadin Kai. They had raised placards, having inscriptions that seek forgiveness from Nigerians.
Reacting to the issue of repentance from terrorists, Shehu Sani categorically stated that the repentant or surrendering terrorists should not be brought close to the camps of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). He suggested that they should be kept apart for divine quarantine.
