Bandits: Nnamdi Kanu Mocks Navy For Moving Institute To Kano

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has blasted the Nigerian Navy for relocating its institute to Kano rather than a coastal state.

Following an uptick in bandit attacks, the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo, has decided to relocate the Desert Warfare Institute to Kano, according to Naija News.

Many Nigerian soldiers have become unhappy as a result of the long-running struggle against Boko Haram and ISWAP militants, causing President Muhammadu Buhari to order a troop rotation.

Mr Buhari, a former military and dictator, acknowledged that many soldiers suffer from depression, claiming that battle-weary soldiers are suffering from "battle fatigue."
