Reports came in earlier, that a Nigerian Army fighter jet went missing, and wasn't detected on the radar of the Defense Headquarter. The Fighter Jet was sent to tackle insurgency in the North East to reduce the rate of insecurity in the country.
Unfortunately, news came in, that the air fighter jets went missing, together with two Nigerian Air Force pilots, who were stationed for the Job. However, the Nigerian Army had earlier launched a search operation, for both the pilots and the Jet to know what caused its disappearance.
Currently, reports from HumAngle states that the Shekau faction of Boko Haram has claimed responsibility for the disappearance and destruction of the Nigerian Army fighters jet in a video released by the terrorist faction.
The video according to HumAngle, included the moment the Fighter Jet was seen crashing down and the remaining debris of the jet when it finally crashed. Also included in the Video were the corpses of the pilots being carried by the terrorists.
