Nigerian Defence Academy, NDA is one of the most well trained academy in the Africa and in the world at large, their Cadets are trained, both physically, mentally, and psychologically. It has three arms of the Nigerian Military, the Army, Navy and the AirForce. The Army doesn't admit female cadets, but both the Navy and AirForce admit female cadets, vut very few compered to the Male cadets. It takes five years to finish the training in the Army wing, but that of the Navy and AirForce is four years, Afterwards, the cadets are commissioned as officers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. They are respected Officers.
They undergo some very tiring and rigorous trainings and exercises for them to be physically fit for the Job at hand. Some of these exercises are:
Hunching, both chain and normal
Different Obstacle Crossing
They also undergo other rigorous trainings. But at the end, there is a reward.
