Ex Nigerian Soldier narrates how he was arrested after requesting for weapons to fight insurgency.

A former Nigerian Soldier, Temple Ahunanya in a recent interview with Punch Newspapers has narrated how he was sentenced to death after requesting for new weapons to fight Boko Haram.

Speaking during his interview, Temple Ahunanya said, "I have fought for the country, and the country should also fight for me".

The spate of violent attacks by Boko Haram in recent times which has been characterized by the abduction and killing of people; destruction of houses, schools, health care centres, churches, mosques and farms has plunged the country into a chronic state of insecurity.

The problem with this country is that why certain individuals have distinguished themselves from others to know if there's a little impact they can have in a particular part of the nation , other individuals who are privileged to occupy certain position try to make things difficult for them.
