For a long time, Nigeria has been in a battle against, bandits and terrorists in general, and we have pointed out the Fulani Herdsmen, as one of the enemies of the country.
Most people have been wondering why the President refuses to declare this group as a terrorist group, but I think we have a clearer picture now.

According To Daily Post, the Governor made this statement in a recent interview. He revealed that the Fulani killers previously arrested in the state, couldn't speak Hausa or Fulfide.
Ortom went ahead to accuse the present administration for the situation, saying that the presidency is finding pleasure in the current security challenges.

"My question is, why is it these men cannot be stopped from entering the country? They are not from Nigeria, those that were arrested only speak french and not Hausa or Fulfide. They are not Nigerian Fulanis, they are from Mali and the Niger Republic, they have said it, the government must take time to look into this".
"But from the recent actions of the current presidency is a proof that the administration is happy with the situation".
"They stopped IPOB in southern Nigerian, and even branded them as terrorists, but when you look closely you would realize that the Fulani Killers has done more terrible things than Biafra, the weapons they have are much more than those in the Southeast".
"The President has accepted that those terrorizing Nigeria are not citizens of the Country".
Ortom ended his statement by saying justice must be ensured for all.
This is clear evidence that the Fulani we see walking about; rearing cattle in different parts of the country is not the same as those launching attacks and killings Nigerians.
This may be one of the reasons why the President has not declared the group as terrorists. We may not be able to tell the difference between them.
Herdsmen in the country may be innocent of all these attacks. Instead of pointing fingers we must rise and fight as one nation.
