The war against insurgency and banditry in the Northern part of Nigeria has been going on for years now. With the way things are looking now, it seems like something good is coming out of it, because the Nigerian Army under Operation Lafiya Dole seems to be making tremendous progress now.
In a recent statement that was recently released by the Nigeria Defence Headquarters, it shows that Nigeria is moving forward and will gradually win the war.
According to a tweet made by the Defence Headquarters, the Defence Headquarters made it clear that more Boko Haram criminals were eliminated by the military. The DH also stated that Army also captured some ammunition which belongs to the terrorist group.
These are some pictures that were posted by the Defence Headquarters on their Facebook page.
The pictures of some dead Boko Haram members were also posted, but will not be able to post them here.
The full statement that was released by the Defence Headquarters could be seen below here.
This is really a welcome development. With this development, it will help to restore the trust and confidence Nigerians have on the military. All these military men need now is our prayer, support and encouragement. With God by their sides, they will come out victorious.
