It was gathered that a soldier had earlier been ambushed and killed, while his rifle was stolen. In a reprisal, soldiers invaded the community and burnt houses.
Nevertheless, here are 2 reasons why Uzodinma should react to the recent clash between Soldiers and youths in Etekuru:
1. Reprisal Attack From Soldiers
In order to prevent soldiers from launching more reprisal attacks on Imo communities, Uzodinma should quickly address the issue and make sure that peace reigns between the youths of Etekuru and soldiers.
The clash between soldiers and youths in Etekuru in Ohaji Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State have led to tension and many residents of the community are afraid because of the incident. Governor Uzodinma should react to the recent clash immediately inorder to ease the ongoing tension and fear in Etekuru.
