Following the series of positive results the Nigerian military has been witnessing lately amid its efforts to eradicate insecurity and insurgency in the country, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Lucky Irabor has come out recently to confirm that the notorious leader of the ISWAP terrorist sect, Abu Musab is dead.

However, amid the recent development which is yet another good news for Nigerians, especially those living in the Northern part of the country, my simple question is; What is next now that Abu Musab has been declared dead by the Chief of Defence Staff?

In my own opinion, I would say that this is the best opportunity for the Nigerian military to conduct a laid down research and gather intelligence on the reason why these terrorists have continued to kill people indiscriminately.
Although the recent development calls for a brief celebration, the Nigerian military ought to know that the game hasn't yet ended until the ideology behind the operation of these terrorists is revealed.

Besides they could also take advantage of this very opportunity to intensify their operation against these terrorists having in mind that whenever a leader of a sect dies his subordinates tend to experience a deterioration of morale.
