Yesterday, the Chairman Ibom Power Company, Engr. Etido Inyang & wife donated relief materials worth thousands of naira to flood victims in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area.
Some of the items donated to the victims include: matrass, pillows, wrappers & consumables.
In his reaction, the Ikot Ekpene Council Chairman, Obong (Hon) Unyime Etim applauded Engr. Etido Inyang for the gesture, urging those who are yet to benefits from the succour to be patient.
Available to witness the presentation were the Chapter Chairman & secretary PDP, Ikot Ekpene, Chief Andrew Ekerette & Hon. John Cleton, Dean of Supervisors, Elder Kingsley Ekong, Chairman AMOTA Ikot Ekpene Chapter, Mr Sunday Udo Akpan & others
In an appreciation note written and signed by Dr. Anthony Umana on behalf of Nto Nnah family in Ikot Inyang community Ikot Ekpene, the people has expressed their appreciation to the kind gesture of Engr. Etido Inyang and family.
