On Monday 600 boko haram members were freed after their resignation of membership and completion of rehabilitation and reintegration program. The spokesman for the Nigerian military's operation safe corridor, Bamidele Shafa said that the members of the terrorist group were caught in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe states.
The resigned members of the terror group sworn an oath of allegiance to the federal republic of Nigeria, and the spokesman Shafa Bamidele said that the freed members will not rejoin the Boko Haram and also the 1,400 other Boko Haram members that renounced their membership were also previously released, and 280 terrorist are currently in the rehabilitation center.
Boko haram members is an Islamic group that terrorize and fight against western education, the government of Nigeria put more efforts to apprehend more members of the terrorist group and rehabilitate them so that the country will be free from terror and other illicit activities by the dangerous group.
