He stated that Imo voters will not be swayed by the malfeasance allowed in the general election. “We are not in the business of joining words with the APC or its governorship candidate, Hope Uzodinma. It is in the nature of losers to be jittery because the people of Imo have seen the light. It’s no news that the Governor stole the PDP mandate through the Supreme Court in 2019. He is afraid that that will not be repeated in November."
“Hope Uzodinma and his government has decided to impoverish the people and put them in perpetual poverty. Our young people, who are talented and educated, have no job. Imo state, today, is one of the most dreaded places in the country because of the heightened insecurity. This is the legacy of Uzodinma."
He further stated:
“It is shameful that the same government, which is supposed to be seeking forgiveness from the people, wants to be re-elected. Affliction shall never rise again."
“The APC is agitated because the people of Imo State will not allow Uzodinma and his cronies to rig and sponsor violence in November like they did across the country during the Presidential, State and National Assembly elections. Our people will vote out APC and secure their votes from these election robbers.”
