The Italian football governing body popularly known as serie A has reacted, after Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen netted a goal to guide Napoli football club to a remarkable 2-0 victory over Cagliari FC on Sunday.
The Nigerian international was exceptional for his team in the game and he was able to play a crucial role in their deserved victory.
Victor Osimhen started in his team's attack alongside Italy national team star Lorenzo Insigne and the duo were able to find the back of the net in the entertaining encounter.
Victor Osimhen opened scoring for the home team via a beautiful goal in the 11th minutes to end the first half 1-0.
Lorenzo Insigne doubled the lead in the 57th minutes with a fine penalty kick after Victor Osimhen was brought down inside the box 18 to end the match 2-0.
Reacting after Victor Osimhen netted a goal to guide Napoli FC to victory, the Italian serie A posted his picture on their verified Twitter handle with the caption of;

The victory over Cagliari football club has now taken Napoli FC to the top spot of the Italian serie A table with 18 points from 6 matches played.
