Batch C Npower Volunteers has complained bitterly over the trouble login to their federal government initiative's portal for their tests. The in coming applicants had last year August registered for the Npower program following the disengagement of the previous volunteers of Batch A and B. Few days ago, the minister in charge of the youths empowerment has announced the opening of the Npower portal for the incoming beneficiaries to access and take their tests before final shortlisting of successful candidates.

With the week of the announcement, many applicants had tried to login to the portal for the tests but are finding it very difficult. Most could not verify their emails, while some are having troubles with the bank verification number (BVN) validations. "The portal is very slow and we could not login easily. Some of us who had logged in could not verify our BVN or email address. Those in charge if the Npower site should try to upgrade it for easy access because most of us could not take their tests. The Applicants said.

The Program was initiated in the year 2016 by the federal government with the aim to reduce the high rate of unemployment in the country. About 500,000 Nigeria youths has benefited in the program following the engagement of batch A in 2016 and batch B in 2017 respectively. The incoming batch C will be brought on board very soon after the competition of their tests and the final list of the successful applicants will be released according to the federal government.
