Amid ongoing public uproar that has greeted the outcome of the Governorship and House of Assembly elections in Lagos State, a well known Nigerian journalist and co-founder of TheNews Magazine, Bayo Onanuga while sharing via his official Twitter page has reacted as the governorship candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, loses at a polling unit in Lagos State.

As we all know that there have been ongoing public debates surrounding land ownership in Lagos State, which has a diverse population and history of migration.
Based on these notes, while sharing via his official Twitter page, the appointed managing director of the News Agency of Nigeria and the Director, Media, and Publicity of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, Presidential campaign council, Mr Bayo Onanuga said, "I hope the Obidients and their LP have now realized that Lagos is not no man's land. The state has indigenous owners, and today they emphatically made the statement loud and clear".
