Signs That Indicate You Have Hernia

Many people may experience a hernia, some of them feel its symptoms and some do not notice any changes. A hernia is a very common health condition and that is what I want to talk about in this article.

A hernia occurs when an internal body part puts pressure on a muscle or tissue that has some weakness in the tissue surrounding that part. Hernias usually develop in the area between the chest and the hips.

According to Active Beat, some of the signs that show you are suffering from a hernia include;

. A clear and visible swelling under the skin in the abdomen or groin area, which may disappear if you lie down and may be soft in structure.

. A feeling of heaviness in the abdomen, sometimes accompanied by constipation or blood in the stool.

. Feeling of discomfort in the abdomen or thigh areas when lifting an object or when bending.

. A heavy, full, bloated, or uncomfortable feeling in the gut

. Stomach upset

. Reduced blood supply

. Nerve discomfort

. Vomiting

. Muscle weakness

. Pain with movement

. Difficulty with daily activities

. Fever

. Heartburn

. Discomfort at the end of the day
