His Excellency the executive Governor of Benue state, Samuel Ortom, has said that as a student of the Bible and born-again Christian, he has forgiven President Muhammadu Buhari over the security issues in his state.
Governor Ortom made the statement while speaking on Arise Television’s on The Morning Show which was made available on the Punch Newspaper.
According to the statement from Governor Ortom, he states that “When you don’t forgive, it means God too will not forgive. Me, as a student of the Bible and as a born-again Christian, I have forgiven President Muhammadu Buhari.”
He also states that he hopes that the incoming administration will provide support, help, security, economic development, and peace for our country.
He also said that President Buhari doesn’t need to go to the Niger Republic. He should stay in Nigeria so that they can all work with the incoming administration from the bottom to the top.
