Nigerians cook and eat jollof rice, which is one of the cheapest foods available. It's difficult to find someone who dislikes Jollof. This is due to the fact that it is a versatile dish made from scratch with rice, tomatoes, pimento peppers, tomato paste, Scotch bonnet, onions, salt, and other spices.
Baptist Amah, a Nigerian, recently posted photos of Jollof rice he made on his Facebook page, which sparked discussion. Baptist posted a picture of himself preparing delicious rice with plenty of crayfish.
green beans, onions and carrots were also added to the Jollof. One curious aspect of the meals is that Baptist served them on the spot with fireworks.
