Age is the length of time that a person has lived, the way human beings turn out as they age is unique. Some look younger than their age while some are older than their age. Rarely will you see people whose bodies aged the same way. Sometimes, It could be a very complex task to identify people who shared the same age as there are obvious differences for all to see.

The Nigerian political terrain is dominated by matured minds with a focus on a permanent interest. In Nigeria, the game of politics is filled with different forms of rigor, it takes a lot of determination and years of hard work to get to the top and remain one of the influential political leaders in the country.

The way the body reacts to the years of rigor differs, these are the politicians who share the same age.

1. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Comrade Adams Oshiomhole (69 years old): The two political gladiators are 69 years of age. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed is a two-time governor of Lagos State and the national leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

He remains one of the influential politicians in Nigeria at the age of 69 years old.

Comrade Adams Oshiomhole used to be a labor union leader before he joined politics. He was a governor of Edo State for eight years, Adams was later appointed as the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

He left the position after an intraparty tussle with some powerful political forces, he remains one of the influential politicians in Edo state at the age of 69 years old.

2. Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi (55 years old): Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and the minister for transportation, Rotimi Amaechi is of the same age.

While Sanwo-Olu started his political career by being appointed as a special adviser to the commissioner and then voted in as the governor of Lagos state, Rotimi Amaechi started his political career earlier, he was a special assistant to the deputy governor then contested and won a seat to become a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly and eventually became the speaker of the House.

He became the governor of Rivers State for two tenures and was later appointed as the Minister for transportation by President Muhammad Buhari. Both Sanwo-Olu and Chibuike Amaechi are 55 years old.

3. Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso and Rotimi Akeredolu (64 years old ): At 64 years of age, Kwankwaso had been a member of The House of Representatives, Minister for Defence, and Kano state governor for eight years.

As for Rotimi Akeredolu, he was an Attorney General for Ondo State and now in the second tenure as the Governor of Ondo State.

4. Ibikunle Amosun and Rauf Aregbesola (63 years old): Rauf Aregbesola started his political career right from when he was a student at the Polytechnic, Ibadan.

He was Speaker of the Students' Parliament and later participated in the pro-democracy struggles before the 4th republic was inaugurated.

He was appointed the commissioner of works and infrastructure in Lagos State and later contested to become the governor of Osun State. He was the governor for 8 years before being appointed as the Minister of Interior.

Senator Ibikunle Amosun started his political career by being elected into the Red Chamber as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He later became the governor of Ogun State for two tenures before returning to the red chamber.

The two political gladiators are 63 years of age.
