There was a mild drama this after in the complex of the Osun State House of Assembly as some groups of women were observed raising their voices in argument against their leader.
This reporter overheard these women arguing with their leader in the amount agreed upon which she failed to deliver to each of the women at the end of the programme.
Recall that the Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola had Tuesday presented the 2022 Osun Appropriation Bill at the Osun State House of Assembly.
Speaking with one of the women who identified herself as Kasirat, she explained that they were mobilised by their woman leader to come out in full force to show their support for the governor during the budget presentation.
She revealed that they had agreed for settlement in a certain amount but after the presentation when they met their leader to pay them for their services, she decided to reduce the agreed amount siting that she was not given the agreed amount from the source so she had to improvise so that none of the women would go back to their local government empty handed.
The leader was also over heard threatening the women that she was not going to pay them again because they are not giving her her due respect as their leader
She also threatened them that she was not going to invite them to future outings since they have decided to mutiny against her authority.
The premises of the state House of Assembly wore a carnival like look on Tuesday during the governor's budget presentation.
