Justice Okon Abang of a government High court in Warri, Delta state has decided that the governorship competitor of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwuori was legitimately chosen as the up-and-comer of the party at the governorship primaries of the party in Asaba, Delta state.
A suit recorded by a governorship hopeful of the party at the primaries Chief Novwe Ikie in addition to other things tested the cycles that brought about the appointment of Sheriff as the Guber competitor.
Abang yesterday decided that Hon Sheriff was truly assigned, adding that he won the primaries political decision.
"Novwe Ikie one of the competitor for the governorship ticket of the PDP at the primaries went to the government High court to challenge the cycle. Furthermore, toward the end the court decided that Hon Sheriff was legitimately assigned and he won the primaries "
Sheriff is likewise the Speaker of the Delta state House of Assembly.
