Former Chelsea Boss Jose Mourinho was the hero of Roma Fans on Thursday evening as the Portuguese Gaffer guided the Italian Serie A team to their back-to-back final in a European Competition.
Jose Mourinho led Roma to a European Final last season after reaching the final of the maiden edition of the Europa Conference League before he later won it.
This season, he has already led them to the final of the UEFA Europa league. Roma couldn't register a single shot on target on Thursday evening in Germany but, it was enough to take them to the Finals of the UEFA Europa league this season.
Roma's qualification for the UEFA Europa league final on Thursday evening was Jose Mourinho's 6th European Final but, the Former Manchester United Boss wasn't carried away with his celebration.
When Jose Mourinho was asked about why he didn't run to celebrate his Victory against Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday evening, he said he's still capable of running but he doesn't want to celebrate in the face of his former student who's also Bayer Leverkusen Manager Xabi Alonso.
According to One Football, Jose Mourinho said: "I can still run, I still have some agility left. It's just difficult for me to play against friends. During the match you forget but after I didn't want to celebrate in the face of Xabi."
Xabi Alonso played under Jose Mourinho as a Player when the Portuguese Gaffer was Real Madrid Manager and they both won some titles together at Santiago Bernabeu.
The Boss and apprentice met each other as Managers for the first time in the Semifinals of the UEFA Europa league this season, and Jose Mourinho eliminated Bayer Leverkusen and Xabi Alonso.
