The wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari, has expressed confidence in the ability of Nigeria’s President-Elect, Bola Tinubu, to deliver a country where unity, peace, and progress are sustained.

In a congratulatory message, which she personally signed on Wednesday in Abuja, the first lady expressed optimism that Tinubu would work assiduously to deliver Nigeria a dream of our founding fathers.

”It is my conviction that the Tinubu/Shettima Presidency will lead this country into the future that our founding fathers envisioned,” she declared.

United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak has congratulated Nigeria’s president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on his election as the next president of the nation.

Sunak, in a tweet, said the UK-Nigeria relationship would remain strong even when Tinubu comes into power.

He stated that he looked forward to working together with Nigeria to grow security and trade ties, opening up opportunities for businesses and creating prosperity in both countries.

The leadership of the National Association of Nigerian Students Southwest (NANS Zone D) has said President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu deserved to lead the nation when there is hardship in the land.

In a statement by its Public Relations Officer, Opeoluwa Awoyinfa, Tinubu deserved to be president because of his exemplary leadership and achievements when he was Lagos State Governor.

Nigerians has found Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu worthy to be the next  President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria based on his exemplary style of leadership, his antecedents as the former Governor of Lagos State.
