Nigerian Musician, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, popularly known as Ayra Starr revealed that she prayed to be on Barack Obama's list a day before the list was released.
According to the artist, she was in a shower when it dropped in her mind. She imagined how excited she will be if she makes the list. The next morning, she was getting messages from people with Barack Obama in the it. She concluded that she made the list even before she went opened the messages to know what was going on.
Ayra Starr's prayer was that she makes the next year's list not knowing that her prayer has been answered the year. She said it in an interview shared by Notjustok on Instagram.

Ayra Starr made the 2022 Barack Obama's 25 favorite song list. Her popular song "Rush" which went global was the song that made her prayer answered. Burna Boy and Rema are amongst the Nigerian artist who also made the list.
