People who are suffering from mouth odor are advised to consume carrot regularly because it acts as a natural toothbrush due to the soothing effect it has on your gum while chewing. However, one of the ways by which carrot can be enjoyed is by blending it into a smoothie. This natural drink is prepared by washing, cutting and blending the carrot fruit.

2. Water.

Water is necessary for washing away harmful bacteria and food particles which are capable of causing bad breath. It also helps to rehydrate the mouth, thus making it unfit for mouth-odor-causing-bacterium. Ensure to always drink enough water because it helps to keep your mouth healthy.

3. Apple smoothie.

Research has shown that apple tend to increase salivation, which helps to cleanse the mouth and combat mouth odor. Apple smoothie is prepared by washing, cutting and blending the apple fruit.
