It therefore becomes necessary that you take care of your mouth, and some ways by which you can do that is by brushing your teeth regularly, eating a well-balanced diet and visiting a dentist for routine checkup. Research has shown that prolong intake of alcohol and sugary drinks may contribute to tooth decay. In this article, I will be showing you some natural drinks you should take regularly for a healthy mouth.
1. Carrot smoothie.
The rich vitamin A content in carrot is necessary for nourishing fragile tooth enamel. People who are suffering from mouth odor are advised to consume carrot regularly because it acts as a natural toothbrush due to the soothing effect it has on your gum while chewing. However, one of the ways by which carrot can be enjoyed is by blending it into a smoothie. This natural drink is prepared by washing, cutting and blending the carrot fruit.
Water is necessary for washing away harmful bacteria and food particles which are capable of causing bad breath. It also helps to rehydrate the mouth, thus making it unfit for mouth-odor-causing-bacterium. Ensure to always drink enough water because it helps to keep your mouth healthy.
3. Apple smoothie.
Research has shown that apple tend to increase salivation, which helps to cleanse the mouth and combat mouth odor. Apple smoothie is prepared by washing, cutting and blending the apple fruit.

4. Cucumber smoothie.
Cucumber is crunchy in nature and eating it tend to scrub the teeth. It is also high in water content, which helps in rehydration and saliva production. Many people love consuming cucumber, but only a few are aware that it can be made into a drink. Cucumber smoothie is prepared by washing, cutting and blending the fruit.
5. Pear smoothie.
Pear is a very nutritious fruit, and research has shown that the flesh helps to combat the effects of acid in the mouth. It is also rich in vitamin C, which helps to keep the mouth healthy. Pear smoothie is easy to make, all you need to do is wash, cut and blend the fruit. Also remember to remove the seeds.
