The urinary tract is the body’s system that's responsible for the passing out of urine, which consists of wastes and additional fluid from the body. The tract is formed from two kidneys, two ureters, a bladder, and a urethra. These organs all work together to make sure easy removal of urine.

Spicy foods are causes of irritation to the bladder and make UTI symptoms to degenerate, so calm down your meals and choose other choices to reduce your tract infection risk.

2. Alcohol consumption

Moderate intake of alcoholic drinks could seem beneficial to the body, but it can increase the acidity level of urine and make UTI symptoms to degenerate.

3. Cigarette consumption

The chemicals contained in tobacco are bladder irritants and should make the symptoms of tract Infections like pain, urinary frequency and urgency worsen.
