Chelsea have completed the signing of Alex Matos from Championship side Norwich City.
That’s according to Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, who claims the agreement was a free transfer with add-ons.

It was reported last month how Chelsea were in "advanced talks" to sign the prodigy.
He has been with the Canaries since 2016, mostly playing for the club in Premier League 2 and the Under-18s Premier League.
