Senator Shehu Sani, a Nigerian author, human rights activist and senator representing Kaduna State at the National Assembly, has taken to his official Twitter platform to give his own opinion ahead of the forthcoming general elections slated for February 25th and March 11th 2023, citing that the “opposition parties are divided and the ruling party is hoping to reap from the disunity”.

In his post, the Nigerian lawmaker wrote “the Nigerians opposition political parties are going to the polls disunited, each hoping that some political, ethnic and religious equations would favor them. The ruling party is going to the polls without the usual money to share to the electorates, but hoping to reap from the disunity”.
The forthcoming election is just days away, and many Nigerians are eager to storm the polls and vote for their favorite candidates in different elective positions in the country, and so far, each political party as well as their different candidates are working very hard to convince Nigerians to vote for them against the others.
