It is also notable for its rich iron, phosphorus and vitamin C content, which helps to boost the immune system.
There are many types of nuts, some examples include groundnuts, walnut, cashew nut, almond nut, etc. Research has shown that regular consumption of nuts helps in fighting age-related diseases. Aged people should include nuts in their diet because it is good for the body.
