'I have no signature for expenditure until sworn in as President' – Tinubu

Bola Tinubu, who has been elected as the President, has responded to critics on social media who have questioned his refusal to refund the cost of the flyovers he built in Rivers State. Tinubu clarified that he has no signature for expenditure until he is sworn in as the President, and therefore, he cannot make any commitment.
