The king of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Babatunde Osuolale Aremu Akiolu, was recently featured in a video shared by Channels Television. The video showed the king speaking about the presidential flag bearer of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, during a visit from Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.
In the video, the King of Lagos expressed that he wanted to convey a message to Peter Gregory Obi, stating that he was not his enemy. He shared that Mr. Obi had previously fixed a time for a visitation but failed to show up.
The king also clarified that he is not a member of the ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC), and emphasized that all citizens are his children. In addition, he promised to ensure that there is no crisis during the upcoming gubernatorial election and urged everyone to share love and pray for the country to be fixed.
