Former PDP member, Prof Rukky has opened up on how they usually rig elections when she was a member of the PDP in Delta state
Rukky who is now an APC member, was speaking on the popular Arise TV show when Rufai asked her to explain how they do the Rigging in the state
According to her, she said they do not do elections as the only thing they do is to thumbprint, snatch ballot boxes, and also compromise some Officials
She said " I left the PDP and joined APC in 2015 and I have been in the APC since then. Speaking about how they do the Rigging, they don't do elections, they just Thumbprint on ballot boxes and they also snatch ballot boxes. That is how they used to do it and they think it will still be the same. They go further to comprise one or two persons, the INEC and the security agencies"
