Nigerian International Artist, Burna Boy has expressed his excitement on the latest news update from UEFA over his designation to perform at the grand finale of the ongoing football competition.
The European Football body had on Thursday released a statement on its social media page that the Nigerian legendary musician and Grammy award-winner will sing at the closing ceremony of the football competition which will be coming up in June this year.
According to the information, the Nigerian star is expected to bring his energy and signature soulful vibes of Afrobeat to millions of fans before the biggest club fixture in football get underway.
The event is scheduled for Saturday June 10.
"Known for his global chart-topping hits Last Last and It’s Plenty, the Nigerian star will bring his energy and signature soulful vibes of afro beats to millions of fans before the biggest club fixture in football gets underway,” UEFA wrote on its website Thursday.
Apparently excited by the news update, the Afrobeat star took to his verified social media handle immediately after the information and wrote:
