Nigeria had to settle for a 1-1 draw with Cape Verde on Tuesday 16th of November 2021, which was enough to carry the Super Eagles through to the playoffs but a bit of disappointment for the Nigerian fans.
Nigeria who had 13 points to win the group have been described less attractive to watch by footballing fans. One of the Twitter users stated how the approach to most of their recent games have been uninteresting.
The Super Eagles have an array of dazzling players such as Ahmed Musa, Victor Osimehn, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ndidi amongst others and a team with this kinds of players would be above average.
The Nigerian fan base are expecting more from their beloved national team and are willing to cheer them on. The fact is that constructive criticisms are usually important in leading to the transformation of any component. If the Super Eagles are not playing well, they will have to work hard to ensure that Nigeria have funfil experiences watching them play.
