INEC Did Not Use BVAS In A Local Government In Abia State Election - Alex Otti

The Governorship Candidate of the Labour Party in Abia State, Alex Otti, has disclosed that there are some local governments in Abia State that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has refused to upload their election results.
According to Alex Otti, INEC refused to use the BVAS machine to conduct the governorship and state house of assembly elections in Obi Ngwa Local Government of Abia State.
Alex Otti disclosed that the governor of Abia State is from Obi Ngwa and for that reason, he perfected plans which made INEC to abandon the use of BVAS machine to conduct the election in the local government.
Alex Otti disclosed that there is an ongoing manipulation of results in Obi Ngwa and other 3 local governments in Abia State as INEC has refused to upload the results from those areas. Alex Otti reminded INEC that the electoral act forbids any election to hold without the BVAS machine.
