Mixed reactions has trailed the photos making wave round the internet where Muslim faithful were pictured at ECWA Church on Lemu Road, Kaduna on Sunday to worship with Christians in their bid to promote interfaith coexistence in the State. Recall that since the decision of the ruling party to settle for a Muslim-Muslim ticket for the forthcoming Presidential election, some sections of the Christian community have faulted the decision.
Also, Nigerians from all the regions in the country have also criticized the decision of fielding a Muslim-Muslim ticket, arguing that Nigeria is a secular State and every religion must not be left out in the act of governance. However, according to the pictures posted by Leadership News on their official Facebook page, Muslim faithful have decided to extend the hands of peace by worshipping with Christians at the ECWA Church on Sunday.
