During an interview with the Arise News Morning Show, a Nigerian politician, lawyer, and also a spokesperson for the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Daniel Bwala, stated that Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not yet a president, he was only given the certificate of return.
He stated further that the very fact that Tinubu was declared and issued a certificate of return is not conclusive prove that he is president until he takes the oaths of office.
According to him, it is deliberately that the law provide so that anybody who is agreed has a window within this period to challenge the results when the court finally determines and he takes the oaths of office, that is when you can't say anything now, but between now and when he will take the oaths of office, there is every reason for anybody who thinks the election was rigged to say it in a language that is loud and clear.
