Two former Manchester United legends, Phil Neville and David Beckham, now have their teenage sons play in the same team (a third tier club affiliated to Inter Miami). Fort Lauderdale is an affiliate club to Inter Miami, which is co-owned by former Manchester United player, David Beckham and his former teammate, Phil Neville is the head coach of the first tier. While Romeo Beckham was making his professional debut, Harvey Neville was making his 16th appearance for the Florida-based side after leaving Manchester United's academy to join his father in the United States. Could this be another football heritage in creation?.
Romeo's best moment came in the 57th minute when he linked up well with Harvey Neville, before setting up a team-mate with an inch-perfect cross, only to see him head the ball wide of the post. Both teenagers are set to be back in action against Greenville Triumph on October 2nd.
Harvey Neville left Manchester United's youth team, to join the 3rd tier club affiliated to his father's club, in May 2021, while Romeo Beckham signed his first professional football contract for the club, in September 2021, after previously spending time at the Arsenal academy.
